All Camps and sites must be in compliance of event
rules.
Registration Closes.
• 10:00am Meeting of all unit commanders
(including small units) at the British Camp Major's Marquis for
the purpose of final coordination instructions and battlefield
walk-through. Please be on time.
• 1:00pm Rally Your Troops – Unit Inspections – Demonstrations
Assemble.
• 1:30pm March to the Field and Assemble. Pre-Battle
Demonstrations at Field.
• 2:00pm Pre-Battle Demonstrations in Progress – Final
Troop Placements.
• 2:30pm Battle Reenactment Begins.
At the end of the battle,
all unit commanders assemble at the Marquis of the Camp Major
in the British Camp for an immediate After Action Review and
final coordination for Sunday's activities.
• 3:30pm Post-Reenactment
Demonstrations – One-on
one with visitors.
• 3:30pm Units may depart.
• 5:00pm Park Closes to the Public – Secure
Camps.
